Non-Government Rate:

$135.00 per room/per night based on single/double occupancy plus applicable taxes

$20.00 each additional person, per day plus applicable taxes

Includes sleeping room rate only. These prices are net non-commissionable.

$122.00 per room/per night based on single

$142.00 per room/per night based on double occupancy plus applicable taxes

$20.00 each additional person, per day plus applicable taxes

Note: A free shuttle is available between ROA airport and The Hotel Roanoke.

Parking:

The following is The Hotel Roanoke & Conference Center’s parking fee structure:

• Overnight Hotel Guest:  Self-Parking:     $11.00  Valet Parking:     $17.00

• Daily Parking:  Self-Parking:     $1.00 - $8.00

Reservations:

Reservations will be made no later than May 20th, 2022.  Any additional reservation requests by the UTC DOT symposium attendees received after this date will be honored on a rate and space available basis only.

The block of rooms at government rate will be sold to the general group they must show government ID at check-in.  All group reservations must be guaranteed. To guarantee your reservation, a credit card or first night’s deposit is required.

Should it be necessary to cancel a guestroom that has been guaranteed for late arrival, please do so 48 hours prior to the scheduled date of arrival. If we do not receive notice 48 hours prior to a “no-show” charge (equal to one night’s European plan, rate plus applicable taxes) will be assessed and the reservation will be canceled.
